Living Your Life - Self Awareness

What is it that you truly want to achieve? It all start with imagining your future outcome. Once you have your subconscious mind in a place where you can see yourself living the desired outcome then it makes possible anything and everything.

Many of us are constrained in life by our past experiences and as strange as it is our past lives in our future. You may be wondering how is that so, but try on the possibility that we live the life of a 5 year old.

Have you ever been in a similar situation where in grade 1 your teacher asked you what one plus one is and you knew the answer. You get picked and you answer it incorrectly and you tell yourself from that day on that you will never put your hand up again no matter what. Fast forward. You have a full time job and your boss asks you if you have any ideas to improve the cost efficiency that could possibly save the company millions of dollars. You have a great idea but you don't raise your voice fearing that is may lead you to embarrassment. Your living the life of a 5 year old. Now, the first step to getting over this subconscious endeavor is to be aware what caused it. It takes self-reflection and the desire to look within. Taking a transformation course such as Landmark Education could prove useful to living live powerfully. Now create the possibility you want to live.

Declarations are vital to getting to where you want. Communicate and share your desires and aspirations. This is your blueprint to success. As the way of the samurai and how they lived, be completely vulnerable. Once you are vulnerable what is there to attack you? True power comes from vulnerability. I promise you, once you start sharing yourself with other people unimaginable doors open up that would not have been possible in the first place. Everything else will flow from that point on.

The hardest part for many is opening up and sharing themselves with others. Even though you may have shared a lot when you were a child and something unfortunate might of happened, this does not restrict you to not share now. It all starts with self-reflection and self-awareness. Are you up to the challenge to look within or continue the life you live now? There is no right and wrong.

If you are happy with the life you live and are satisfied, then be grateful. Cause you have reached a place many wish to be. But would it not be worth looking into to find your blindspots? This could take you from good to great. It could raise your sales from great to outstanding! Imagine the possibilities. Now if you aren't in that place, don't feel so bad. The first step is realizing you want to change. Many people aren't willing to change and look within themselves, but if you are willing then you are ahead of most people as well. Since you have read this far into this article already, I'm willing to bet you are one of these people. Congratulations.

In wrapping up, realize that many of us live by the choices we made as a child. Self-awareness can take us to what we truly want in life, be it the ideal job, the perfect relationship or that increased revenue from increased sales. Now start by making a choice. Choices are what lead us to the life we live right now. What's your next choice?
